Dura-Load FreeWheeler™ Pick Systems
Looking for ways to reduce operating costs while maximizing material handling efficiency and
productivity? We got it!! Our Dura-Load FreeWheeler™ Systems are a technological breakthrough in the dynamic storage and movement
of products for loads of light to heavy pallets for case picking. Dura-Load provides an ideal alternative to the skate wheel system.
Dura-Load provides a greater rolling surface, superior flow and
support by using the FreeWheeler™ technology. The Dura-Load FreeWheeler™ Systems are designed using our 1.9” diameter x 1.125” wide
FreeWheeler™ wheels.
• 2 x wider than conventional steel wheels providing a greater flow surface,
resulting in:
ü
Additional strength and support for
poorer quality pallets
ü
Better pallet
flow
ü
Less
hang-ups
• Tracks utilize both bearing and bearingless FreeWheeler™ wheels
ü The bearingless wheels provide integral speed control of pallets
• Special lubricant in the material that coats the outside
running surface, decreasing resistance to friction ü Allow pallets to flow better
Dura-Load versus Skate Wheel Systems (Why Dura-Load is an ideal replacement of steel skate wheel
systems)
° Fewer
hang-ups - wider wheel provides better flow
surface
° Higher
capacity - greater weight distribution
° Better ergonomics - no
need to free lodged pallets; better pallet flow
° Less maintenance
- high strength wheels don't rust, bend, or wear-out
° Wash down capable
- wheels won't rust
° Lower long-term costs
