Tracking Your Orders Online

Did you know you can track your orders online through our website?  Being able to know the status of your order quickly and easily is a key feature offered on our website.  Using this system is the best way to locate your order in transit. 

You can track your order anytime during & after delivery through the stages of:

• Engineering
• Testing
• Production
• Shipment and delivery

Shipment information will include:

• The pro/tracking number
• A link (when available) to the carrier's web site for up to date information 
• Any Alerts/Potential problems with your order will be highlighted to minimize delays

It's easy to verify the status of your order.  The day we receive your order, you will receive a fax or e-mail notifying you of your personal User # (Customer ID) and Job # (Password).  If you miss place or do not receive your Customer ID & Password, you can call me directly at (770) 514-0711 or send me an email at alawless@creativestorage.com. 

To access the order tracking program:

• Go to our website, www.creativestorage.com,
• Click on Order Tracking (left hand side of our homepage), which will take you to the login page,
• Enter your Customers ID & Password,
• Once you've entered your information, it will take you directly to the status of your order.

If you do not have a current order with us and would like to check it to see how it works, enter

• 9654 as your Customer ID
• 300150 as your Password
