  • At the end of the trial period, a CSS Regional Manager will contact you to evaluate the performance of the Dura-SAM.
  • If at that time, your customer wishes to keep the unit, we will invoice you using the original purchase order.
  • If the Dura-SAM has not performed satisfactorily, simply return it freight prepaid.
