- Upon receipt of your purchase order, which will not be invoiced, CSS will ship the unit to you, freight collect, to use for 30 days.
- At the end of the trial period, a CSS Regional Manager will contact you to evaluate the performance of the Dura-SAM.
- If at that time, your customer wishes to keep the unit, we will invoice you using the original purchase order.
- If the Dura-SAM has not performed satisfactorily, simply return it freight prepaid.
