Design Challenge:
With their wide variety of pallet types with questionable quality, they needed strength and support for the pallets soft wood bottom boards.

Solution:
The CSS Dura-Load System provided an alternative to the steel skate wheel system. Our Dura-Load wheel is 1.125” in diameter which provides 52% greater support and rolling area compared to the traditional steel skate wheel. Our system prevented point loading of the wheel to the soft wood bottom boards providing better flow for their heavy loads.
