Design Challenge:
Our customer needed to have dense storage for their slip sheet products. They needed to be able to pick individual cases with zero line pressure on the exited slip sheet.
Solution:
We provided our Universal Pick Module because it allows the exited slip sheet to separate from the succeeding slip sheet and the third slip sheet back so when the slip sheet is removed and manual release is applied the 2nd slip sheet moves forward into the pick zone and the 3rd slip sheet is released and goes to the 2nd zone without any contact to the exit. We have a specially designed patented release mechanism that provides 0 line pressure.
